Telephone research is a major channel for business to business interviewing and an important one for consumer research.

Our telephone operations are delivered by experienced teams of supervisory and interviewing staff selected initially for interpersonal ability.

Thorough induction and training programmes and a lower attrition rate have helped us develop and retain a pool of 100 interviewers, and supervisors, skilled in conducting a range of consumer and business to business assignments. A subset provides specific capabilities in semi-structured interviewing techniques, and senior or executive level recruitment and interviewing.

The Telephone Research Centre in Milton Keynes provides a fully integrated CATI, digital recording and viewing environment in an easy to reach location, where we encourage clients to get first hand experience of their programmes or projects.
