PEOPLE PEOPLE.

All forms of moderation, face to face and telephone interviewing introduce a crucial interpersonal element that can make an enormous amount of difference to the quality of data captured.

Our director-led research process ensures no part of the whole goes without the attention it requires, and we invest the same attention in the selection and development of our supervising and interviewing teams.

All of our staff, from varied backgrounds and lifestages, are selected for interpersonal ability, making our interviewers natural rapport-builders.

Following selection, our well established induction and training programme provides the foundation of skills required which is continually supplemented via day to day quality management and best practice programmes.

Daily shift briefings and full day project briefings led by directors and/or supervisors ensure a circular flow of feedback and help our interviewers deliver higher strike rates and fuller, richer data.
