Bob Peters has worked in the industry for over 20 years.

Previous appointments include European Market Research Manager for the Mars Group, and subsequently Head of Research & Analysis for Midland Bank (now HSBC), where his responsibilities included customer research, database management, and marketing planning for both retail and commercial operations.

Bob has run courses for the Market Research Society in quantitative research, statistical methods, and multivariate analysis. He is a full member of the MRS.
